Terms and Conditions

From July 1st 2016 on, the Tax for Sustainable Tourism is levied on all overnight stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands. Thanks to your contribution, we will be able to make major investments to compensate the territorial and environmental impact of tourism on Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax is €3,00 (+10% VAT) per person and night in high season (1 May – 31 October) and €0,83 (+10% VAT) per person and night in low season (1 November – 30 April)

In order to make a reservation a credit card is required as a guarantee.

No charge will be made by the hotel on the credit card before check-in time, unless a charge due to cancellation or no show is applicable.

NON REFUNDABLE RATE: 100% PREPAYMENT, not refundable in case of cancellation.

  • For cancellations made over 5 days before your arrival date: no charge incurred
  • For cancellations made between 5 and 3 days before arrival date: 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card
  • For cancellations made 2 days or less before arrival date: 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card.

In case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged on your credit card.

In case of an early check out, 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card.
